How It Works
A CEREC crown can be designed, created, and placed in just one visit! CEREC stands for CEramic RECconstruction; it is a state-of-the-art system that produces exceptional porcelain crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays. When you arrive for your same-day crown appointment at Expressions Dentistry, we will take a digital impression of the problematic tooth using the CEREC Omnicam. Your crown will then be designed specifically for your mouth. Next, the crown is formed out of a block of high-quality porcelain by our specialists directly in our office, so you don’t have to wait for it to arrive from another lab. Normal crowns may require up to three visits, but our whole procedure takes about three hours, and your crown will be a perfect, biocompatible fit. Let us restore your natural smile!
